Very quaint eclectic little neighborhood. During the day you'll hear birds in the trees and even chickens in people's yards. We also even have fighters fly over as they run their military exercises up the Kern Canyon. It's a really cool treat. At night you can hear the soothing white noise of the river flowing which is just across the road from the property. We also have private gated access to the neighborhood-owned private Bubbles Beach.

Unit is a second story 400 sq/ft studio with kitchenette lite (small fridge, bar sink, and microwave). The big deck has a barbeque/griddle combo with side burner. The unit is accessed via the property sideyard gate. The second story deck and unit entrance is accessed via stairs.
